Imran Rizvi is a founding member and Managing Director at RIZ Consulting which has over 500 employees, spanning Afghanistan, Pakistan and U.A.E. Imran started his career overseas in the financial sector. Upon his return to Pakistan, he became a development sector professional and first set up KZR Associates and then RIZ Consulting.

Imran is an accomplished trainer, advocate and facilitator with demonstrable knowledge and experience in organizational/institutional development, policy formulation, strategic planning, strategic communications, leadership, social innovation, human rights and gender mainstreaming programming. He regularly advises Governments, Institutions and Donor agencies on the above and remains a resource for leadership development. Imran also works with the private sector providing advisory services on organizational change and scale up.  In addition, he has served as a member GenCap roster for OCHA and as a strategic advisor for the Research and Advocacy Fund (RAF). He has played a vital role in establishing and furthering the “MenEngage Alliance” in Pakistan and has strongly advocated for all gender reform processes to mainstream notions of masculinities for institutional policy and individual change.

He holds an MBA, specialization in Finance and Public Management, University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK and a B.Sc. (Hons.), Social Sciences, Brunel University, London UK.

Noor Rizvi is the Executive Director at RIZ Consulting. Since joining this role in 2016, his primary role is to manage, run and oversee the company’s Pakistan, Afghanistan and UAE operations as part of the leadership team. Previously Noor has almost a decade worth of extensive experience within banking and finance with both multi-national and local banks in the United Arab Emirates (banks worked with include ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank where he worked within the area of Wealth Management).

His areas of expertise include wealth management, project management, quality assurance, vendor management, third-party contracting and marketing and communications.

He holds a BA (Hons) in South Asian Studies and Development from the School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London, UK and holds Executive MBA from London Business School.

Sajjad Akbar presently works with RIZ Consulting as Director Programs and Finance, where he is responsible for program design and implementation, financial policies and funds management, including trainings of project teams on financial management, reporting and budget preparation. With over seventeen years of professional experience in the development / NGO sector, Sajjad’s expertise lies in the fields of program and project management, financial management, training/capacity building and organizational development. 

Being CEO of a non-profit organization (AMAL Human Development Network), he served as a board member to CARAM Asia (a global network working for protection of migrant workers’ rights) and as regional steering committee member of MenEngage Alliance, South Asia . 

Sajjad also works closely with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, various Government departments and third -party contractors overseeing program implementation and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.  

Sajjad holds a master degrees in Business Administration and Project Managements and is also a qualified Cost Management Accountant. (CMA)

As Director Operations, Hasan oversees RIZ Consulting’s Administration, Infrastructure projects, Facilities Management, Operations Management and Special Security Projects.

Hasan holds a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership from the Webster Graduate School in London and is also trained, certified and qualified in Security Management and Risk Advisory from Control Risks Group based in the UK.

Aside from his professional qualifications, Hasan is a serial Entrepreneur with interests ranging from serving in leadership positions on a variety of voluntary organizations such as the Entrepreneurs Organizations and the International School of Islamabad. 

Roshan Fida is a social development professional with over 21 years of experience in the fields of gender, reproductive health rights, family planning and rural development. She has worked extensively on various projects with clients such as AKRSP, UN System, CIDA, IUCN, PRSP, USAID, BMGF, Palladium the Government of Pakistan, and Co-Water International.

Her expertise includes program and project design and management, organization development, research, gender-responsive programming, and reproductive health rights mainstreaming along with capacity building. Roshan holds an MSc in Sociology and Women and Gender Studies, and she serves as a valuable member of RIZ Consulting’s Gender Committee.

Mansoor Ahmed is currently working as Senior Manager Finance at RIZ Consulting. He has been working with RIZ Consulting since 2006, focusing on ensuring business processes and financial management, along with audit requirements. Mansoor also leads in budget preparation and is responsible for financial reporting for all projects across RIZ Consulting, in adherence to client/organizational requirements. 

Sara is the Communication Lead at RIZ Consulting, where she works closely with clients including GIZ, USAID, Engro, CCI, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on various projects. She has been at RIZ Consulting for the past four years and overseas project reporting, Communication related products, and building capacity around communication and leadership styles.

She began her career in London, UK working for The Mandarin Oriental Group and then later moved to Singapore where she worked for ten years in the Marketing & Communications industry- serving various hospitality and multinational clients.

She holds a BBA & Hospitality Management from EHL, Switzerland, along with professional courses in Communication Design from the Marketing, Advertising & Design Institute Singapore. In addition, she has attended various certifications on emotional well being from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.

Sana heads the Human Resources Department where she extends her expertise to organizational development and effective people management. Sana is responsible for executing HR strategies and policies that seamlessly align with RIZ Consulting’s overarching objectives.

Sana has over 15 years of extensive experience in HR, organizational development, and operations across both profit and non-profit international organizations. Her leadership style is marked by a deep understanding of the human element within the corporate landscape.

She holds a Master’s degree with distinction and has earned scholarships for advanced certifications and courses from prestigious institutions in Canada and the UK.
